Kaufman & Broad Shareholders' Meeting Outcomes Announced

Kaufman & Broad SA held its Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on May 5, 2026. A total of 261 shareholders participated or were represented, holding 15,246,320 shares and casting 20,574,921 votes. The general quorum reached 77.71%.

All proposed resolutions were adopted. The statutory financial statements for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2025, received 99.66% approval. Net income appropriation and consolidated financial statements were also approved, with 99.48% and 99.77% in favor, respectively.

Compensation policies for executives and corporate officers passed with varying majorities. Compensation for the Chairman and CEO saw 90.71% approval, while compensation for the Deputy CEO effective from May 6, 2026, received 94.95% approval. Non-executive corporate officer compensation policy was approved by 98.85%.
