Kestrel Gold Appoints New CEO and Issues Stock Options
Kestrel Gold Inc., a Canadian exploration company, announced a significant leadership change. Pat Lynch has stepped down as President and CEO, and Gordon Aldcorn has been appointed to fill these roles. Aldcorn brings over 25 years of experience in capital markets and the mining sector, including positions related to Canadian Stock Exchanges and Banking. Despite resigning from his executive roles, Lynch will remain a Director at Kestrel. He expressed confidence in Aldcorn's ability to enhance shareholder value. In conjunction with this leadership transition, Aldcorn received options to purchase 1,000,000 shares at $0.05 each, set to expire in 2031.
