KLARSEN Successfully Completes its Capital Increase
On November 27, 2025, Klarsen, a French data marketing company, officially announced the success of its capital increase through the issuance of warrants (ABSA) with preferential subscription rights. This process raised €317,308, exceeding the initial target of €317,000 thanks to oversubscription by 20%.
The proceeds from these funds will be allocated to financing the company's working capital requirements. CEO Brice Gazeau emphasizes that Klarsen's return to profitability and rigorous management have contributed to this success, strengthening the company's financial position. Furthermore, a free allocation of standalone warrants is planned.
This operation also changed the distribution of the share capital, which increased from 662,718.40 euros to 726,180 euros, and saw the share of Olivier Cornelis and Brice Gazeau increase to 23.38% and 2.79% respectively.
