Olivier Cornelis becomes Managing Director of ITL at Klarsen

Klarsen, a French data marketing specialist, announces the appointment of Olivier Cornelis as Managing Director of ITL Datamarketing, its main operational subsidiary. This decision is in line with the Group's ongoing restructuring strategy.

Cornelis, the reference shareholder, has already provided financial support and played a key role in settling a dispute in 2023. Its mission will be to lead ITL by focusing on commercial recovery, customer relationship management and leading the teams in Strasbourg.
