Klea Holding has announced the arrival of Raphael Smila in its Board of Directors. This integration was unanimously validated at the last meeting of the Board. Raphael Smila, a chartered accountant and seasoned investor, has nearly twenty years of experience in corporate finance.

Currently Chairman of Financière du Rond Point and the Family Office LORO, Raphael Smila brings extensive expertise in complex financing and business turnaround consulting. He also holds interests in real estate, industry and new technologies.
