Klea Holding welcomes new director

Klea Holding, specialized in the acquisition and digitalization of companies, strengthens its Board of Directors with the arrival of Raphael Smila. Chartered accountant, entrepreneur and investor, Smila is now a director, following his unanimous co-optation at the last Board meeting. His appointment will be submitted for approval at the next General Meeting.

Raphael Smila, already a shareholder of Klea Holding, has twenty years of experience in corporate finance and complex financing. As Chairman of Financière du Rond Point and the Family Office LORO, his expertise extends to real estate, industry and new technologies.
