Changes to the Supervisory Board of Klépierre
Klépierre, a European company specializing in commercial real estate, has announced changes to its Supervisory Board. The death of David Simon, Chairman of the Board for 14 years, led to the appointment of Stanley Shashoua as the new Chairman. Shashoua, who has been involved with the company since 2015, plans to continue the strategy established by Simon.
Furthermore, Emmanuel Cronier was co-opted as a non-independent member of the Board for a one-year term. The Board now comprises nine members, including six independent members and three representatives of Simon Property Group. The composition remains unchanged from the February meeting.
The changes will be ratified at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 7, 2026, without affecting the other resolutions. Details regarding David Simon's compensation for 2025 and 2026 have been published.
