Changes within the Supervisory Board of Klépierre
On February 20, 2026, Klépierre announced that David Simon had decided to step down from his positions as Chairman and member of the Supervisory Board. For fourteen years, Mr. Simon was recognized for his leadership and strategic vision. The members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board expressed their gratitude for his years of service.
With this departure, the Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board will temporarily assume the chairmanship. The Board is organized to continue its executive functions. A future meeting will determine Mr. Simon's permanent successor.
