Klépierre Announces Changes to Its Supervisory Board
Klépierre, the European leader in shopping malls, has announced changes to its Supervisory Board as of February 20, 2026. Mr. David Simon has ended his tenure as Chairman and member of the board. During his fourteen years in this role, Mr. Simon provided exceptional leadership and strategic insight. The company has expressed its gratitude for his contributions over the years.
The current Vice-Chairwoman will take on the role of interim Chair of the Supervisory Board. The board remains fully operational and plans to meet soon to discuss the succession process for Mr. Simon's position.
