Minutes of the ODIOT SA General Meeting
The Combined General Meeting of Shareholders of ODIOT SA took place on May 22, 2025, chaired by Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat. Fifteen shareholders were present or represented, representing 49.29% of the shares and 47.12% of the voting rights. All proposed resolutions were adopted either unanimously or by a large majority.
Key decisions include the approval of the 2024 financial statements and regulated agreements, the continuation of the company despite insufficient equity, and the change of name to ODIOT SA. In addition, the Board of Directors obtained authorization to consolidate the shares by 100 and issue warrants for a category of investors.
