ODIOT SA announces the consolidation of its shares
ODIOT SA has decided to consolidate its shares at a ratio of 100 to 1, following a decision by the Board of Directors on May 28, 2025. The objective is to enhance the share value within the framework of the company's luxury positioning and to reduce volatility and management costs.
This consolidation will not affect the overall value of the securities held, except for fractional shares. Transactions will begin on June 23, 2025, and will end on July 23, 2025. The consolidated shares will be listed under the new ISIN code FR0014010DV3 from July 23, 2025.
Shareholders with split shares will have to adjust their portfolios to obtain a multiple of one hundred shares.
