Successful capital increases for Odiot Holding

ODIOT Holding announced the successful completion of three capital increases, totaling €4,906,887.60. These transactions, carried out at €0.40 per share, have strengthened the company's financial strength and supported its development projects. The funds will be used to modernize its facilities in Brétigny-sur-Orge and hire specialized staff.

The increases were made through debt conversions and the injection of new capital from various investors, including Swiss private banks and qualified private investors. This initiative reduced the remaining financial debt to €156,500. ODIOT President Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat said this transaction validates their strategy of productive investments at the industrial site, with the aim of meeting growing demand in the ultra-luxury segment.
