Municipality Finance Expands Benchmark with GBP 45 Million Tap
On October 22, 2026, Municipality Finance Plc (MuniFin) will issue a GBP 45 million tranche as part of an existing benchmark established earlier this year. This issuance raises the total nominal amount of the benchmark to GBP 575 million, with a maturity date of October 22, 2030, and a fixed interest rate of 4.000% per annum.
The issuance is part of MuniFin's EUR 55 billion programme for debt instruments. Documents related to the offering, including the circular and final terms, are accessible on the company’s website. The new tranche is set to commence trading on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, operated by Nasdaq Helsinki, on the issuance date.
This expansion strengthens MuniFin’s position as a significant Finnish bond issuer in global markets. Joint Lead Managers for this tranche are NatWest Markets N.V. and J.P. Morgan SE.
