Holcim Announces Leadership for Planned North American Spin-Off

Holcim has moved forward with its plan to list its North American business independently by appointing a new Board and CEO. The spin-off is expected by mid-2025, pending necessary approvals. Jan Jenisch, current Holcim Chairman, will lead as the designated Chairman and CEO of this new entity, maintaining his position until May 2025.

The Board will feature nine independent directors with extensive experience in sectors like construction, manufacturing, and finance. Among them are Theresa Drew, Nicholas Gangestad, and Dwight Gibson. This team aims to provide robust governance and support for market leadership.

Jan Jenisch emphasized the strategic milestone, highlighting the Board's diversity and leadership capabilities. The focus will be on delivering value for stakeholders, enhancing market position, and ensuring superior shareholder returns.
