Kim Fausing Proposed as Chairman of Holcim's Board

Holcim's Board of Directors has put forward Kim Fausing as the prospective Chairman of the Board. The decision is pending shareholder approval at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Fausing is set to replace Jan Jenisch, who will step down following his new appointment at the planned North American company.

Kim Fausing has been part of Holcim's Board since 2020 and participates in the Audit Committee. He currently serves as the President and CEO of the Danfoss Group. His professional history includes significant roles within the Hilti Group across Europe and Asia.

Jan Jenisch remarked on Fausing's success in leading a global technology firm, emphasizing his seven years as CEO and his tenure at Holcim. Fausing, a Danish national, holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA.
