Lagardère Releases 2024 Universal Registration Document
On 20 March 2025, Lagardère SA announced the filing of its Universal Registration Document for the 2024 fiscal year with the French financial markets authority, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). The document includes the company's Annual Financial Report for 2024.
Shareholders and interested parties can access the document on Lagardère’s official website in the "Shareholders and investors/Regulated Information 2025/Annual Report - 2024" section. The Universal Registration Document also contains vital information such as the Report on Corporate Governance, found in Chapter 3, and details of fees paid to the Statutory Auditors and their networks, detailed in Chapter 5, note 37.
