Lagardère Reports March 2026 Voting Rights and Share Count

On April 3rd, 2026, Lagardère disclosed its monthly update on the number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. According to the report, as of March 31, 2026, the company had issued 141,704,828 shares. The number of exercisable voting rights totaled 225,474,482, whereas the theoretical voting rights stood at 225,502,462.

These figures are in accordance with Article L 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French financial markets authority (AMF). The distinction between exercisable and theoretical voting rights lies in the treatment of shares without voting rights, such as treasury shares, which impact the calculation of threshold crossings.
