Lagardère SA Launches 2025-2026 Share Buyback Program
Lagardère SA has unveiled its 2025-2026 share buyback program, approved by the General Meeting on April 29, 2025. The initiative aims to maintain market liquidity, reduce capital through share cancellation, and distribute free shares to employees and officers. Additionally, the program supports company or group savings schemes and awards shares to employees within profit-sharing arrangements.
The program permits the purchase of up to 10% of the share capital, approximately 14,139,625 shares, with an allocation of EUR 500 million. Each share has a maximum purchase price of EUR 40. Transactions can occur anytime, excluding blackout periods, either on or off the market.
The buyback program is set to run for 18 months, terminating on October 29, 2026. Detailed information is accessible on Lagardère's website.
