HomeToGo to Acquire Interhome in Major Strategic Move

HomeToGo SE has announced a deal to acquire Interhome, Europe's second-largest vacation rental management company. The agreement, valued at approximately CHF 150 million, includes potential deferred payments up to CHF 85 million. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for HomeToGo, aiming to bolster its revenue by 55% in 2024 and enhance its EBITDA threefold.

HomeToGo anticipates its IFRS revenues for 2024 to exceed €330 million, with the acquisition financing coming from increased equity, debt, and current cash reserves. The addition of Interhome is expected to strengthen HomeToGo's position as Europe's leading vacation rental platform.
