LANSON-BCC: Declaration of voting rights as of April 30, 2025
LANSON-BCC, with a capital of €135,088,300, has announced the update of the total number of voting rights and shares as of April 30, 2025. In accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 222-12-5 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, this publication is mandatory for listed companies.
As of April 30, 2025, the total number of shares comprising the capital amounts to 6,754,415. Of these, 6,633,675 have single voting rights. In addition, 120,740 shares are held as treasury shares and are also taken into account for single voting rights.
