LANSON-BCC: Update of voting rights and shares as of March 31, 2025

LANSON-BCC, in accordance with current legislation, has provided updated details of its shares and voting rights as of March 31, 2025. This legal requirement applies to companies listed on a regulated market.

The total number of shares constituting LANSON-BCC's capital amounts to 6,754,415. Of these, 6,633,881 have single voting rights. A portion of this capital, namely 120,534 shares, is held in treasury, meaning that they are included in the calculation of voting rights, even though they are not intended to be put on the market.
