Largo strengthens its financial capacity with €3 million in financing
Largo, a French company specializing in the reconditioning of high-tech products, has announced a €3 million financing round to support its growth. This financial support, provided by Vatel Capital and Eiffel Investment Group, aims to secure two new strategic distribution contracts.
The fundraising includes a €1.5 million capital increase and a convertible bond issue for an equivalent amount. The company hopes to strengthen its business momentum and improve its financial indicators following favorable results in 2024.
The new shares issued total 691,245 units, representing approximately 19.5% of the share capital prior to the transaction. The convertible bonds, yielding an annual rate of 5.5%, will be exchangeable for shares, allowing Largo to adjust its financial strategy based on future results.
