LDC: Announcement of the 2030 Climate & Biodiversity Strategy

LDC, a major player in the agri-food sector, has formalized its Climate & Biodiversity 2030 strategy. This initiative is part of its Corporate Social Responsibility policy, with the objectives of reducing carbon emissions and adapting to climate change. The Group is aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 25% for scopes 1 and 2, and by 21% for scope 3 by 2030.

To support these goals, LDC will invest €25 million in environmental projects from 2025 to 2026. The plan includes low-carbon procurement and water efficiency. Through concrete actions, such as the use of biofuels and vehicle electrification, the Group intends to align its efforts with the 1.5°C scenario of the Paris Agreement.
