LDC: Update of voting rights and shares as of March 31, 2025

LDC has announced its total number of shares and voting rights as of March 31, 2025. The company's share capital consists of 35,270,866 shares. Gross voting rights amount to 60,801,190, while net voting rights are 60,153,641.

In accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers), LDC reminds shareholders of the obligation to report threshold crossings. Any holding reaching 2% of the capital or more must be reported to the company. In the event of non-compliance, voting rights on these shares may be temporarily suspended.
