LDLC: Summary of Share Buyback Transactions from February 3 to 6, 2026
From February 3 to 6, 2026, the LDLC Group carried out several share buyback operations. Authorized by its general meeting in September 2025, these transactions are part of a capital management strategy. Each day, the total volume of shares repurchased increased, rising from 2,615 shares on February 3 to 2,928 shares on February 6.
