Capital B acquires 5 additional BTC

Capital B Group announced the acquisition of 5 additional bitcoins (BTC) for €0.32 million. This transaction brings its total holdings to 2,828 BTC, valued at a total acquisition cost of €263.5 million based on an average price of €93,164 per bitcoin. Year to date, the group has posted a BTC yield of 0.1%, reinforcing its strategy as a Bitcoin Treasury Company. Recent transactions include the conversion of warrants (BSA 2025-01) into shares, which generated €0.21 million, and a capital increase of €0.15 million.

Furthermore, the group has made a series of previous BTC acquisitions, strengthening its position in the Bitcoin market through a strategic approach supported by financial partnerships, such as the one with TOBAM. Capital B continues its efforts to increase the number of Bitcoins per share through various financial mechanisms while optimizing its ability to generate returns on these digital assets.
