Capital B Expands Bitcoin Portfolio with New Acquisition

Capital B has recently completed a capital increase, acquiring an additional 6 BTC for €0.4 million, bringing its total holdings to 2,943 BTC. This move aligns with the company's Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy. The acquisition forms part of a capital increase contract with TOBAM, through which shares were issued at an average price of €0.65 each. The current BTC yield stands at 1.61% Year-To-Date (YTD), with gains of 45.4 BTC, equating to €3.0 million YTD.

As of April 27, 2026, Capital B and its subsidiary, Capital B Luxembourg SA, hold BTC at an acquisition cost of €270.5 million. This corresponds to an average cost of €91,924 per bitcoin. The recent operations did not require an AMF-approved prospectus, and shares are now trading on Euronext Growth Paris. Swissquote Bank Europe SA facilitated the BTC acquisition ensuring secure custody.
