Capital B launches online voting for its Combined General Meeting

Capital B has opened online voting for its Combined General Meeting to be held on June 17, 2026. This meeting will be divided into two parts: the approval of the 2025 financial statements at the Ordinary General Meeting and the authorization of capital increases of up to €5 billion and debt issuances totaling €100 billion during the Extraordinary General Meeting. These actions aim to support its Bitcoin accumulation strategy.

Shareholders will have until June 16, 2026, to vote through their financial intermediaries. This initiative is in line with Bitcoin Treasury Company's strategy to increase the number of bitcoins per share.
