Capital B strengthens its position with the acquisition of 44 BTC

Capital B, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announced the acquisition of 44 bitcoins, representing an investment of €2.7 million. This move is part of their Bitcoin Treasury Company strategy. Since the beginning of the year, the company has recorded a BTC yield of 0.72%, having accumulated a total gain of 20.4 BTC.

To date, Capital B holds a total of 2,888 BTC, valued at €267.1 million based on unit acquisition costs. These acquisitions confirm the company's strategy of increasing the number of bitcoins per share on a diluted basis.

In parallel, Capital B completed a €0.5 million capital increase and raised a total of €3 million through the issuance of share warrants. These transactions support the pursuit of their financial objectives and strengthen their investment capacity in Bitcoin.
