Crossing of Thresholds by FIL Limited at LEGRAND
On May 16, 2025, FIL Limited crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital and voting rights in LEGRAND. Through the acquisition, FIL Limited now holds 5.002% of the capital, or 13,118,911 shares and voting rights. The company, known as Fidelity Investments, manages several independent funds.
The share distribution shows that FIL Investments International holds the majority with 4.76%. The other divisions, FIL Investment Advisors (UK) Limited and FIL Investment Management (Australia) Limited, hold 0.16% and 0.09% respectively. FIL Investments Canada ULC holds a negligible number of shares.
This transaction marks a strategic move for FIL Limited, increasing its influence at LEGRAND.
