Clearway Offers Free Proxy Voting for GZO Creditors' Meeting
On August 12, 2025, Clearway Capital Partners ICAV announced they will provide a complimentary proxy voting service for creditors unable to attend the GZO AG creditors' meeting on September 8. This service ensures broad participation, crucial since each creditor’s vote carries equal weight in deciding the new trustee.
The proxy voting, managed by lic. iur. Paul Bürgi, LL.M., will strictly adhere to creditor instructions. Clearway has made available the necessary form and registration guidance on their website, urging creditors to submit forms by August 28.
Clearway believes the trustee change will not increase costs or extend timelines and might improve creditor recovery while maintaining hospital operations.
