Leonteq AG Shareholder Group Formation Announced
Leonteq AG has revealed the formation of a new shareholder group representing 30.1% of the company's shares. This group comprises Rainer-Marc Frey, Adrian Gut, Felix Oegerli, Tatjana Frey, and Herbert Item. Collectively, they hold 5,568,340 Leonteq shares. A significant part of these shares is managed through H21 Macro Limited, based in the Cayman Islands.
Raiffeisen Switzerland recently completed the sale of a 22.7% interest in Leonteq. This included a 16.2% stake acquired by H21 Macro Limited and an additional 6.5% sold to four private investors. The sale is awaiting approval from regulatory bodies and is anticipated to conclude by the third quarter of 2026.
