Leonteq Announces New Board Nominations

Leonteq AG has announced the nomination of Barbara Heller and Juerg Steiger as new independent members of its Board of Directors for the upcoming Annual General Meeting on April 1, 2026. Susana Gomez Smith will not seek re-election, while Christopher Chambers and Philippe Weber will stand for re-election during a transition period as Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively.

Felix Oegerli, initially nominated as the next Chairman, is part of a shareholder group acquiring a 22.7% stake in Leonteq from Raiffeisen. He will not stand for election until the transaction concludes. An Extraordinary General Meeting to elect a new Chairman will be held later this year.
