Lhyfe Announces the Number of Shares and Voting Rights as of October 31, 2026
On November 5, 2026, Lhyfe, an independent green hydrogen producer in France, announced its share capital as of October 31, 2026. The company, listed on Euronext Growth under the symbol ALHYF, reported a total of 48,265,904 shares, representing 81,163,505 theoretical voting rights. Exercisable voting rights amount to 81,040,894, after deducting 122,611 treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights.
This press release is issued in accordance with the transparency obligations set forth in Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). Lhyfe continues its commitment to the production of green hydrogen to support the energy transition in Europe.
