Lhyfe, a company specializing in the production of green hydrogen, has published information regarding its share capital as of April 30, 2026. The total number of issued shares is 48,121,944, with a total of 81,027,395 theoretical voting rights. Of these, 80,975,583 voting rights are exercisable. The difference is explained by the 51,812 treasury shares held by Lhyfe, which therefore do not carry voting rights.

This announcement complies with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). Lhyfe, listed on Euronext Paris, continues to grow as an independent producer of green hydrogen, supporting the decarbonization of industry and mobility.
