Lhyfe's Board of Directors has approved the transfer of its stock listing from Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth Paris. This decision aims to align the company's market framework with its development profile. The transfer was endorsed at the shareholders' meeting on May 22, 2026. In upcoming days, Lhyfe will apply for delisting from Euronext Paris and simultaneous admission to Euronext Growth.

The move is designed to connect Lhyfe with investors focused on innovative, high-growth sectors. Euronext Growth Paris hosts over 500 companies in industries like technology and energy transition. It offers a more flexible and cost-effective market environment.
