Lhyfe Transfers Share Listing to Euronext Growth Paris

Nantes, France – Lhyfe, a pioneer in green hydrogen production, will transition the listing of its shares to the Euronext Growth Paris market effective 8 September 2026. This follows approval from Euronext's Admissions Committee on 2 September 2026. Previously listed on Euronext Paris's Compartment C, the move is designed to align Lhyfe with a regulatory framework fitting its growing stature and maturity.

By transferring, Lhyfe aims to reduce costs and benefit from regulatory relief while enhancing visibility among investors in innovative companies. The company will maintain important governance practices, including IFRS accounting standards and an active audit committee. A liquidity contract will also remain in place.
