Status of Lhyfe shares and voting rights as of May 31, 2026

Lhyfe, an independent green hydrogen producer, has released its total number of shares and voting rights as of May 31, 2026. The company, listed on Euronext Paris, reports 48,121,944 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights is 81,021,064, of which 80,969,083 are exercisable. This difference is due to 51,981 treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights.

Lhyfe, a key player in the energy transition, is committed to providing green hydrogen in industrial quantities to contribute to decarbonization. The company has developed several production sites in Europe since 2021.
