Transfer from Lhyfe to Euronext Growth

Lhyfe's Board of Directors has decided to transfer the listing of its shares from Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth Paris, a market dedicated to growth companies. This project will be submitted to shareholders for approval at the Annual General Meeting on May 22, 2026. Lhyfe is thus aiming for a stock market framework suited to its maturity, thereby increasing its visibility among specialized investors.

The transfer will take place without the issuance of new shares. Lhyfe will maintain certain governance rules, such as IFRS standards. Shareholder protection will be guaranteed by a mandatory public tender offer mechanism. Subject to approval, the project would begin as early as July 2026.
