Transfer from LHYFE to Euronext Growth Paris

Lhyfe, a producer of green hydrogen, has decided to transfer the listing of its shares from the regulated market Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth Paris. This move follows the approval of this project by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in May 2026.

This transfer, structured to align with Lhyfe's growth trajectory, will take place in a more suitable stock market environment. Euronext Growth Paris, with its focus on innovative companies, offers a flexible and less expensive framework. Lhyfe will continue to adhere to certain governance rules, such as IFRS standards and the audit committee.

The company will maintain transparency regarding the protection of minority shareholders and the publication of periodic financial information, with some regulatory easing. Support from CIC Corporate and Institutional Banking should enable a smooth transition by early September 2026.
