According to the information published, the number of shares reaches 47,970,348. Theoretical voting rights amount to 82,176,161, while exercisable voting rights stand at 82,079,273.

This difference is explained by 96,888 treasury shares held by Lhyfe, exempt from voting rights. The company thus complies with Article 223-16 of the regulation of the Financial Markets Authority, aimed at guaranteeing optimal transparency in the monitoring of shares and voting rights for market players.
