This recognition highlights Linde’s strong sustainability performance, positioning it among the top 15% of companies assessed for sustainable business practices. Linde stood out among 7,690 companies as a leading sustainable business worldwide, achieving the highest score within the industrial gases sector.

Erin Catapano, Vice President of Sustainability at Linde, emphasized the company's commitment to integrating sustainable practices across all operations. Linde's efforts include reducing emissions through innovative solutions and robust governance. The company enables customers to avoid over 90 million metric tons of CO2 equivalents annually, surpassing its own emissions.

Linde aims for significant climate goals, targeting absolute greenhouse gas emissions reduction by 2035 and climate neutrality by 2050. It participates in initiatives like the United Nations Global Compact and features in indices such as FTSE4Good and Dow Jones Best-In-Class.
