Partial Conversion of LION E-Mobility AG's Convertible Bond

LION E-Mobility AG recently announced a partial conversion of its EUR 6 million convertible bond. The conversion, declared by Mr. Ian Mukherjee, involves the loan amount and accrued interest totaling EUR 1,887,000. As part of this transaction, the company will issue 3,000,000 new registered shares at CHF 0.13 each.

This move results in an increase in share capital to 15,375,633. It also reduces the company's liabilities by the converted amount.
