LISI Group Enters Exclusive Talks with SK CAPITAL for LISI MEDICAL Sale
LISI Group has initiated exclusive negotiations with SK CAPITAL for the acquisition of its LISI MEDICAL division. The US-based investment firm has presented a firm offer to purchase all subsidiaries under LISI MEDICAL, which includes facilities in France and the US.
LISI Group may partner with SK CAPITAL by acquiring a 10% stake in the holding company managing these activities. LISI MEDICAL, which specializes in orthopedic implants and minimally invasive surgery tools, reported €185.3M in sales in 2024.
This strategic move aims to leverage SK CAPITAL’s expertise in transforming businesses and fostering growth. LISI MEDICAL will gain support for its growth and acquisition strategies, with the transaction expected by the second half of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.
