LNA Santé and Euryale join forces to develop Home Hospitalization
LNA Santé has sold the real estate of its Home Hospitalization (HAD) facility in eastern Île-de-France to Euryale for the Pierval Santé SCPI fund, valued at over €3 billion. This sale and leaseback transaction contributes to the expansion of HAD services in Seine-et-Marne. This partnership marks the beginning of a long-term collaboration between LNA Santé, a recognized healthcare provider, and Euryale, an investor specializing in healthcare real estate.
The Coulommiers facility, operational since 2025, coordinates the daily care of 90 professionals. Modern and well-equipped, it improves access to local healthcare. Euryale's involvement in this project underscores the growing interest of institutional investors in healthcare real estate.
