LNA Santé Reports Strong Growth in H1 2025
LNA Santé has reported a positive first half of 2025 with operating revenue reaching €430.6 million, a 9.1% increase compared to 2024. High occupancy rates and dynamic real estate activities contributed to this performance, prompting an upward revision of the 2025 revenue target.
The launch of new hospital-at-home platforms in Caen and Rouen is set to further strengthen growth in the upcoming months. With a continued focus on targeted acquisitions, LNA Santé aims to expand geographical coverage while maintaining its commitment to addressing regional healthcare challenges.
Despite demographic shifts, LNA maintained high occupancy rates, notably in Belgium where rates increased by 3.4 points. The healthcare sector in France also showed growth, with revenue climbing 14.1% in reported terms.
Real estate revenue surged nearly fivefold, reinforcing investor interest. The company projects an annual property revenue target of €30 million for 2025.
