LNA Santé Reports Strong Growth in Q1 2026
In the first quarter of 2026, LNA Santé reported operating revenue of €224.6 million, marking a 7.1% increase compared to Q1 2025. This growth surpasses the company's annual target with an organic growth of 6.5%. The Healthcare France segment provided a significant boost with revenues of €128.1 million due to a rise in home hospitalisation, which saw a 23.1% increase in patients.
The occupancy rate for nursing homes in France held steady at 93.2%, a leading figure in the sector. Despite a dip in Real Estate revenue to €6.4 million, future projections remain optimistic with a target of over €50 million by year's end. LNA Santé reaffirms its 2026 objectives, aiming for operating revenues of approximately €925 million and proposing a dividend increase to €0.95 per share.
