LOGIC INSTRUMENT Acquires All of GLACIER COMPUTER LLC

On March 24, 2025, LOGIC INSTRUMENT announced the acquisition of 100% of GLACIER COMPUTER LLC, a U.S. company specializing in mobile solutions for harsh environments. This acquisition includes the issuance of 286,837 new LOGIC INSTRUMENT shares, representing 3.16% of its share capital.

GLACIER COMPUTER LLC, known for its Glacier KODIAK line, generates $8 million in annual revenue. Ron D'Ambrosio, its CEO, will support LOGIC INSTRUMENT for a year. The acquisition is expected to allow LOGIC INSTRUMENT to expand its presence in the U.S. market, particularly in the defense and industrial sectors.

This transaction did not require a prospectus from the Financial Markets Authority. The expected synergies concern both strategic suppliers and the development of major international accounts.
