Changes to LPKF's Supervisory Board Announced
LPKF Laser & Electronics SE has announced upcoming changes to its Supervisory Board as Chairman Jean-Michel Richard will step down at the end of his term on June 4, 2025. Richard led the board for five years, significantly influencing the company's strategic direction. His tenure was marked by key appointments, including CEO Klaus Fiedler and CFO Peter Mümmler.
The Supervisory Board plans to propose Paul Owsianowski from Active Ownership Group as Richard's successor. Owsianowski's expertise spans finance, corporate strategy, and M&A. In addition, Alexa Siebert is expected to be elected Chairwoman post the Annual General Meeting. Siebert brings international management experience, having led corporate strategy and governance roles.
