Court-ordered reorganization for Procédés Hallier and deferral of accounts at Lucibel

Lucibel announced that its subsidiary, Procédés Hallier, was placed under receivership by the Rouen court on October 27, 2026. This decision follows a cessation of payments linked to lower-than-expected sales.

Procédés Hallier is therefore entering a period of observation. Simultaneously, Lucibel SA and Lucibelle Paris are continuing their observation periods until January 2027.

In parallel, Lucibel is postponing the publication of its consolidated financial statements for the year ending June 30, 2026, to December 15, due to the current financial situation. These statements will be published jointly with those for the year ending December 31, 2025.
